The same dollars buy a digital download, hire a freelancer, pay for an assessment, or run a poll — and the same dollars come back to your wallet when you sell, get hired, or earn for a quality response.

How trust works on Switch

Every money movement is escrow-backed. Buy something on the marketplace — funds hold until the seller confirms delivery. Hire someone — funds lock in escrow until you approve the deliverables (or 7 days pass and they auto-release). Run a poll — your escrow is set up before the poll launches; respondents see the pay-per-response and the total pool transparently.

Reputation is layered too. Capable Badges prove specific skills with versioned assessments. Job ratings reveal only after a 7-day blind window or once both sides have rated, so neither party can retaliate. Poll responses can be flagged for quality. Storefronts have ratings and order history. The platform's job is to make trust legible, not to be the trusted middle.
